Group travelers seeking a great stay

My room was very spacious with a big bathroom, the separate shower and bathtub were something I didn't expect and added a lot to the comfort,, I appreciated the attention to cleanliness, not a speck of dust anywhere. The restaurant staff, especially Juan, was amazing, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Had such great stay during a recent business trip to Bogota, the staff were supper friendly, location was favourable in the business district of bogota called Zona G. Got a double room as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool was nice and I had cold drinks in the lobby bar.

The room was beautiful and warm with a balcony. The location was amazing and the staff was super and outstanding during the whole stay!

I encountered a few issues that really soured the experience. The lack of central heating was a surprise, and it left the room feeling uncomfortably cool, especially when it was chilly outside. While the hotel is well-maintained, minor malfunctions in the bathroom and the safe in my room added to my frustrations, and I felt these should have been addressed before my arrival.

The facilities are great, with amazing access to the concierge lounge and good snacks throughout the day. The wellness options like the sauna added a perfect touch to my stay, alongside the gym being open 24/7. I also loved the luxurious bathroom setup-seriously the best I've had!

The bathroom bulb was burned out, and I was shocked when no one rushed to fix it. The safe didn't work, just a minor inconvenience in what I thought was a luxury hotel. I almost thought about a glowing review, but then I remembered I didn't even get an upgrade while barely receiving basic service!

The staff's kindness shone brightly when they surprised me with fresh granadilla, showing attention to detail that made me feel valued. Every office building in the area was within walking distance, which made my trip convenient.
